Nice room for rent in the heart of Carson City, close to shopping, restaurants and downtown. Dog friendly, no drugs or parties. Quiet couple came up on hard times, need somebody ASAP. 500.00 including utilities or 400.00 and half utilities. I'm usually home and do the cooking ad cleaning around the house, although somebody tidy who is respectful is a definite plus. We like to BBQ and relax. Small washer and dryer included in townhouse.
